  Ken was graduated at the head of his class at the National Personal Training Institute in 2001.
  He has trained clients for 8 years, and run thousands of workouts.  His clients
have included people recovering from serious medical conditions to competitive
bodybuilders.  Every one of Ken’s clients gets individually tailored workout routines,
nutrition advice and atmosphere of encouragement and positive reinforcement.

As your personal trainer, Ken offers you the opportunity to test the limits of how good
you think you can feel.  Do you want to become more fit, more muscular, or just shed some
weight?  Together we can use resistance training, Boxing/Kickboxing, Cardio/Interval

Jen is versed in functional training, core and strength training, and plyometrics.

 

Liz Gilinger, a fitness professional for over 15 years, brings with her many areas of expertise in order to provide noticeable results to her clients. In addition to her unique training technique, Liz provides nutritional guidance, in an effort to provide a comprehensive, well-balanced program to her clients. Liz focuses not only on weight control, but provides the motivation for a healthy and balanced lifestyle. Liz specializes in Functional Training, Pilates, and Children's Fitness, and Nutrition.

Liz is an ACE Certified Aerobics Instructor, an AFAA Certified Personal Trainer, a Certified Spinning Instructor, and is well versed in Pilates Mat, Reformer and Chair Training.

 

 

Greg Privitera is currently studying biology and functional anatomy. His training style is a successful blend of well-founded science as well as an intuitive and holistic approach to fitness, nutrition, and wellness. Greg is very interested in performance and power development for both the layperson and the athlete. His specialties include hip mobility, spinal health, functional strength, and bodyweight exercise. Donna Young is the Office Manager of Stay Young Fitness Corporation. She is a Certified Personal Trainer as well. Donna is in charge of the Company's billing and bookeeping. She has been with the Company for over 7 years.  

Jamie is a Certified Personal Trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine and is a former Division I Track & Field athlete with a B.S. degree in Sport Management. She designs individualized exercise programs to meet her clients goals. Jamie is very dedicated to creating safe workouts that cater to her clients various fitness levels, while always keeping it challenging and fun! She is also a Group Exercise Instructor and specializes in circuit training, weight loss, and total body conditioning with a strong focus on core and balance. Leslie Hawthorne is a certified personal trainer through American Fitness Professionals & Associates.  She has been actively interested in physical fitness for the past 12 years.  She is always looking for new ways to motivate people to stay fit and healthy through new techniques.  Exercise routines should be varied and fun, as well as continually challenging the body to work hard.  she looks forward to working with you and aiming towards getting you the results you are looking for!

Jamie is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist through the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA) with over 6 years of experience helping individuals in the professional, amateur and recreational settings meet their fitness goals. Jamie specializes in resistance training, metabolic conditioning, and Muay Thai Kickboxing for promoted weight loss. Jamie believes that every individual is capable of living an active healthy lifestyle and can be a true catalyst in making that happen for you.

 

Meg is an ACE-certified Personal Trainer and Lifestyle/ Weight Management Counselor. Her passion and expertise revolve around designing programs for her clients that contribute to an overall healthy lifestyle and  accomodate life-changes so that they can remain active and strong as their lives move along and change.    She works with clients to design workouts that fit their needs and provides them with alternatives and new ideas to keep their program  fun and motivating.  Meg incorporates Yoga, Pilates, balance and flexibility into her workout plans in order to balance the entire body. She also incorporates the latest in fitness trends such as bootcamp-type workouts and mult-functional training.  She teaches her clients how to workout in all situations, at the gym, at home, when traveling etc.  One of her specialties is to teach her clients how to maintain a healthy lifestyle even if they are not working directly with a fitness professional.

Nutrition is a passion of Megs. As a Lifestyle and Weight Management counselor, she counsels clients on how to live healthier lives and incorporate better nutrition into their busy lifestyles, believing that simple changes can lead to significant results.  Meg helps clients develop food plans, choose healthy recipes, cook, and shop for groceries.

He received his phase 1 and 2 advanced personal training certifications, sports nutrition certification, athletic training, first aid and CPR certifications.

  Katie has been involved in the fitness/training industry for 7 years. As a client herself, she worked with multiple trainers for sports training, weight loss & toning, and injury rehab(lower back) She has been actively training a variety of clients for over 2 years. Katie's passion for fitness is on going, she continues working toward new certifications, attending health/fitness clinics, and keeps up to date with current books and fads.

Katie stands out as a trainer because she understands what PERSONAL training means. Every client deserves a plan designed for their own individual goals and needs. A life-long exercise devotee, Suzanne has a strong background in mat
and equipment pilates, TRX suspension training and circuit training. In addition, she has personally worked with various personal trainers in the area over the last decade learning cutting edge techniques.

Nicole started her athletic career at age two after she enrolled in gymnastics. After coaching and doing gymnastics for most of her teenage and young adult life, the passion for youth health and fitness influenced her cross over from gymnastics to group fitness and personal training, leading her to obtain her undergraduate degree in Sport and Recreation Management. She currently works full time as a Fitness Director for a local community center where she works with and trains very diverse clientele from youth athletes to older adults. Nicole’s specialty is working one-on-one with individuals that have chronic conditions and disabilities as well as with older adults. She also is enthusiastic about training, instructing, and assisting members in achieving their personal health and fitness goals regardless of age and current athletic level!
