Danielle Borriello BS, a certified personal trainer since 1996, specializes in formulating extremely high quality programs for each client regardless of their age or goals. She received her first Black Belt in 2004, (currently Third Degree), and is now working toward her goal to becoming an Ironman tri-athlete. Danielle uses a myriad of disciplines such as weight training, sports conditioning, kick boxing, core-conditioning, flexibility and self-defense, combined with positive reinforcement to encourage clients and build their confidence in order to commit to reaching personal conditioning goals. A nationally Certified Sports Nutritionist with a professional focus in macrobiotics, Danielle combines the techniques of exercise and proper diet regimen to condition the body internally as well as externally.
 
April has been in the fitness industry for 12 years and a personal trainer for the last 8 years. After 10 years of competitive gymnastics, she turned to fitness to continue the active lifestyle that she had such a passion for, and currently is a Nationally ranked NPC Fitness Competitor.

With a combined total of 17 years in the fitness industry, I have gained the knowledge and skills necessary to motivate anyone looking to start their fitness journey's as well as those who have become stagnant in their current routines.  As a Certified Personal Trainer, Sports Nutritionist, and Certified Group Fitness Instructor, I have the diversity and passion needed to ensure my clients will get the results they want without being bored or unmotivated.  My experience is in kickboxing, strength training, interval and circuit training.  As the mother of 4 children, I am very conscious of the importance of getting as much out of a workout under any time constraint.

Erica is a motivated fitness professional that understands the importance of exercise, nutrition and overall wellness in order to achieve a healthy lifestyle. Erica graduated college with a bachelor’s degree in Health and Exercise Science, with an emphasis in  Physical Education. Erica has always lived an active and healthy life and wanted to further her learning in fitness and nutrition. Erica realized her true passion while attending the National Personal Training Institute (NPTI) in Philadelphia. She graduated from NPTI and began her career as a personal trainer and nutritional consultant. Erica expanded her knowledge in the health and fitness field by becoming a prenatal and postnatal specialist, as well as becoming certified in group resistance training, and kickboxing through the Aerobics and Fitness Association of America.

Erica has been working as an in home personal trainer for 6 years and has developed a great rapport with her clients. Daniele is an NPTI certified personal trainer, as well as a pre and post natal training specialist whose passion in life is to help empower others to take control of their health. As a type 1 diabetic of over 21 years, Daniele has made it her life’s work to understand how exercise and nutrition affect the human body. With extensive experience in body weight training, sports specific training, injury/surgery/joint replacement rehab training, and training those with special medical needs, her ability to tailor programs to each individual’s needs and goals, no matter the age or fitness level of the client, is her specialty.

Daniele’s own personal success in losing 50 pounds is one of her main motivators to get out and share her knowledge with others. Being an experienced personal chef is just another way she is able to pass her healthy lifestyle advice on to clients. She is currently attending Neumann University for her Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy. With her natural competitive nature and ability to motivate her clients, Megan has excelled in sports performance training. Kyle Shollock is a recent graduate of Temple University with a Bachelors of Science in Criminal Justice degree, but his real passion is fitness. Kyle is a 4 year varsity starter in  high school basketball and soccer but his career in sports came to a halt due to multiple shoulder replacements which made him turn to fitness and maintaining a healthy physique.

Kyle still enjoys coaching and training younger basketball athletes. He’s a certified personal trainer with a certification from the International Sports Science Association (ISSA) and CPR/AED certified.
Kyle has been training clients for 3 years with his most renowned client being retired Phillies player Darren Daulton. His fitness strengths are in helping others lose fat and building lean muscle, building core strength and High Intensity Interval Training. Kyle enjoys thinking outside of the box with his workout routines to make them more enjoyable to clients.

 

Keara Palmay is a Certified Health Coach, Personal Trainer, and Wellness Columnist for FitLife.Tv. Her interest in health and wellness peaked after her own personal battle with cancer. While Keara was fortunate enough to beat cancer at the young age of seventeen, chemotherapy left her body badly damaged. Because of this, she was committed to doing everything in her power to elevate her health to a level greater than it had ever been before. She transformed herself from a weak and depressed victim to a strong and empowered survivor. Today, Keara coaches and trains clients, hosts workshops, and is pursuing her Master of Science in Clinical Nutrition through the University of Bridgeport. Her mission is to empower others to take control of their health and well-being by living each moment to its fullest.

Lou Christou is currently pursuing a life-long passion of sharing his enthusiasm for fitness with others. To him, there is no greater reward than that of helping people get fit, and assisting them in making wise choices with respect to their health and physical well-being.

Lou is a fully insured personal trainer, and top graduate from the National Personal Training Institute. He is experienced in both in-home and studio settings. His areas of specialty include strength-training, body composition, and increasing overall cardiovascular fitness. With regard to exercise-program design, he places strong emphasis on individual goals, safety, function, and most of all, keeping things fun. In addition, he is also an avid runner, triathlete, and hiker. His passion for fitness is rivaled only by his love of the outdoors.

 

Katie has been involved in the fitness/training industry for 7 years. As a client herself, she worked with multiple trainers for sports training, weight loss & toning, and injury rehab(lower back) She has been actively training a variety of clients for over 2 years. Katie's passion for fitness is on going, she continues working toward new certifications, attending health/fitness clinics, and keeps up to date with current books and fads.

Christine Anderson found her passion for personal training through her journey of dealing with weight issues throughout her adult life and the desire to achieve a healthy lifestyle. 

Christine, being a trainee herself for several years, realized how rewarding it is to motivate, inspire and assist others in their journey of becoming more healthy and fit.  As a recent graduate from the National Personal Training Institute and a Certified Personal Trainer through National Association of Sports Medicine Christine offers a diversified approach to helping others achieve their goals.

She specializes in weight loss and toning, functional training, strength and endurance training, and circuit training, while focusing on the importance of nutrition as well as exercise to reach your goals.  Christine is also enrolled to become certified in suspension training.

It took some time to realize that true fitness was a life style change, not a quick fix diet or group fitness class. I have made health and fitness my lifestyle and my greatest passion. I want to help others reach their own personal fitness goals, in tern, fulfilling my own greatest goal, to put others on their own path to health and wellness. I am NPTI certified in personal training and nutrition, as well as AFPA certified in nutrition and wellness consulting. I have a well rounded background, specializing in everything from sports conditioning, polymerics, callosities, cross-training, weight loss, weight gain, dietary planning, and wellness consulting. Nicole started her athletic career at age two after she enrolled in gymnastics. After coaching and doing gymnastics for most of her teenage and young adult life, the passion for youth health and fitness influenced her cross over from gymnastics to group fitness and personal training, leading her to obtain her undergraduate degree in Sport and Recreation Management. She currently works full time as a Fitness Director for a local community center where she works with and trains very diverse clientele from youth athletes to older adults. Nicole’s specialty is working one-on-one with individuals that have chronic conditions and disabilities as well as with older adults. She also is enthusiastic about training, instructing, and assisting members in achieving their personal health and fitness goals regardless of age and current athletic level!
 

Cynthia is a fully insured and certified trainer with a diploma from the elite National Personal Training Institute in 2007. Since her graduation from NPTI, Cynthia has continued to take course work in Nutrition and Exercise Science to ensure that she is providing her clients with the most recent approaches in research to get them optimal results. She is passionate about health and fitness and has her own success story with weight management.

After having gone from 150 pounds to a current weight of 117pounds, Cynthia lives the lifestyle that she promotes and teaches to her clients. She is currently in her off season and is gearing up to compete in her first figure competition in the Fall of this year. Cynthia is creative with her in home workouts and ensures that her clients never quit before the hour. Discipline, determination, and focus are qualities she brings to her training sessions and in turn, she helps her clients develop them as well. She specializes in weight loss & toning, core strengthening, functional training, circuit style training and emphasizes the importance of proper nutrition in order to obtain the best possible results.

 

Although Travis Pollen was born missing his left leg, he never let it slow him down. At age 3, he had his left foot amputated and was fitted with his first prosthetic leg. As a child, he always loved sports – from baseball, to basketball, to table tennis. At age 15, he found his true calling when he discovered swimming. During his seven year swimming career, he set two American Paralympic records and inspired teammates and competitors alike with his hard work and determination.

Over the years, Travis spent countless hours both in the pool and at the gym developing his strength, conditioning, and flexibility. Now in his 20's and NPTI-certified, he considers personal training the best way to help others stay healthy, realize their full fitness potential, and discover their own passion for exercise. Given Travis's own physical difference, he readily relates to his clients' unique needs and prides himself on designing highly individualized exercise programs.

She enjoys promoting functional exercise routines utilizing body weight and intensity to obtain increased endurance and strength. She has worked with a diverse population of clients to help them achieve their desired goals with individualized routines. 

Rebecca continues to stay up-to-date with fitness trends by frequently attending continuing education seminars in the fitness industry. Chelsea is an ACE certified personal trainer and AFAA certified group fitness instructor. She has been a personal trainer for over five years and has really enjoyed helping people reach their personal fitness goals. In order to help people to achieve their goals Chelsea believes that every training program should be specifically designed to meet her clients needs and goals. 

Chelsea understands what a struggle it can be to commit to staying healthy and working out which is why she first became a fitness instructor. She has experience with a variety os disciplines including TRX, Kettle bells, weight training, cardiovascular techniques, High Intensity Interval Training, and various others. 
Chelsea has experience witha wide variety of clients ranging from seniors looking to maintain balance and flexibility, young women looking for that quick fix before bikini season, teens in need of fitness instruction and everything in between. She currently competes in bikini fitness competitions and understands the need for people to maintain a healthy lifestyle. Chelsea wants to assist her clients in maintaining a healthy lifestyle and achieving their goals.
 

Hasan began his personal training career while attending Temple University. His experiences playing sports such as football and martial arts has given him a complete outlook to life.  Hasan believes that fitness is a powerful tool that enhances our every day lives. He’s helped people from all different backgrounds and circumstances ranging from senior citizens, young athletes, to the typical every day gym member.

He’s an N.A.S.M certified personal trainer and corrective exercise specialist. He’s also a I.S.C.A certified boxing/kickboxing instructor and a MMA conditioning coach. Hasan likes to implement self defense in training as a way to boost his clients’ confidence and courage.  It's also an excellent alternative to the standard machine based cardio regimen.
