"When I first met Damien of Stay Young Fitness, I was just finishing treatment for cancer. I was overweight, tired, depressed and just unhealthy. I felt horrible about myself. I couldn't get motivated to do anything. I found Damien's website and I decided to sign up for the 8 Week Physique program and it was one of the best decisions I made in my life.

I am so much happier now than I was before I started this program. I lost over 40 inches and 28lbs. My trainers, Damien, Dot and Steve and nutritionist Katie are the absolute best! Without them, I don't know where I would be right now. They gave me my life back.

At the beginning of the program, Damien told me that I would be running a 5K race. I thought he was crazy! I couldn't even run for 45 seconds and had a hard time breathing just climbing a flight of stairs. "In the past, I have started fitness programs and dieting, and once I started to get some results, I would tend to relax.

What makes this program different is the constant support from my trainers (Steve and Rob), Katie, and Mariann. With the trainers coming to my house, I can't put off my workouts. the trainers motivate me by reminding me of my improvements in our workouts.

I have more stamina and endurance then when I started. Katie has been a great support system as well. She is always available for questions, and helpful food tips. The meals she has cooked with me taste great and are quick and easy. The results have really kept me motivated.
