Online Personal Training is an affordable alternative or complement to one-on-one personal training. Once you sign up with Syfitness.com, you will receive an e-mail with a link to our questionnaire. Simply fill out the form and within 72 hours, your program will be completed by our Lead and Master Trainer, Damien Young. We base your program on hundreds of criteria, all acquired by us through the questionnaire. Once you receive your workout, you can access your own personal web page to view your workouts(complete with photos, videos, and detailed instructions), and your online fitness magazine, as well as your personal meal plans. Each month we will send you a new updated questionnaire so we can update your routines to ensure your continued progress.
